[Morning - Junes]

[It's been a few days since Chizuru arrived. She's still getting used to it, still trying her best, and that includes...looking at the local market!

This, of course, means she is now in Junes.

She is currently in the ladies' clothing area, just blinking and staring at the outfits because seriously what is this? Can't she just grab a kimono or something? A spare outfit? What the heck ARE these things?!]

[Late Afternoon - Outside the Amagi Inn]

[Unfortunately, between morning and evening, Chizuru went to visit the gas station and met the attendant. The attendant was friendly enough, helpful, everything seemed to be okay up until that handshake thing. Oh, it wasn't the fact that it was a handshake - it was good to learn about things like this when they're so important!

...It's just, she started feeling horribly sick afterward.

So, Chizuru is now struggling in a half-conscious daze back to the Amagi Inn. She's almost there...one foot in front of another...once she gets to her room, she can rest this off without worrying anyone...]

[Rainy weather as of late hasn't dragged Joshua down at all. In fact, he's rather glad for it! It's given him more chances to look into what's going on, and that's more or less what he's doing at work today. Between customers, cleaning up and whatever else he's asked to do (and really, this whole "having a job" thing isn't too terrible so far), Joshua is sitting at the counter, snacking on a few senbei while scribbling in a small notebook or tabbing through his cellphone.]

[After getting off work, Joshua is at Iori Ikkoku, working on bringing what few belongings he has into his new apartment. 304A, to be precise. So far, he hasn't seen anyone moving into the apartments on either side of him, and he's glad for the privacy. This entire building, thus far, has been abuzz with people moving in.]

[It had been a few weeks, but the shrine was finally cleaned from top to bottom and everything was in working order. What's more, Rei finally found an abandoned TV on the residential streets, and brought it in. It was in working condition, but they had no antenna or any other service - still, did those things matter when it came to the Midnight Channel rumor? She certainly hoped not. Other than that, chores had been settled between the three of them, and Rei could relax - they made this place into a home, albeit ideally a temporary one as they dind't intend on staying here forever.]

[ C > JUNES - DAYTIME]

[The shrine priestess doesn't get out too often, so it's quite a sight when she finally does. You may see Rei doing some grocery shopping, running errands, picking out some clothes from the bargain bin, or if you're lucky, you'll see her with her fingers gently playing a haunting melody on a piano at the music store. It hadn't been often when she played the piano, but she was quite competent at it - while slightly rusty, the melody can be clearly heard with a humming accompaniment on her part.]

[After the initial move-in party, Sasuke can be found around the building, familiarizing himself with the layout. Not that it's that difficult to figure out, but it's nice to have an idea of who else lives in this apartment, and most importantly, where.]

Option A; Shopping District, near the door to the Velvet Room.

[She passes it every day now on the way to work at the music store. Ever since she had that weirdass dream. But nobody else can see it and she feels insane for even thinking about it. She never has the courage to approach it, but she always looks at it. Every day as she walks by it, she can't help but glance at it.

And today is no exception. She's on her lunch break, heading off to get food when she walks by it again and like always, she looks at it. Today she holds it in view for longer than usual though, because with each day, she gets more and more curious about it and contemplates actually going to open it.

But she doesn't. Like always, she loses the nerve and averts her gaze. You may notice her staring at something that may or may not be there, depending on whether you can see the door too. So feel free to approach her, citizens of Inaba.]

Option B; Samegawa Flood Plain, by the water; evening.

[Jude has borrowed a guitar from the music store she works at. Practically had to beg for it, as she still doesn't have enough money to pay for one. Given she's been such a hard worker, she finally talked the owner into allowing her to take it for a few days. So she's sitting by the water playing it and has been for a few hours, ever since getting off work. Right now, she's playing a soft, sad sounding song. One that brings back a lot of painful memories for her.]

...Oh, if I said I was truly over you, my heart would say amen. But I give in to the cold caress of 2 AM. If I admit that I can't get used to this, will my heart break again? As I fall into the waiting arms of 2 AM...

[When she finishes, she's crying. She hadn't meant to start crying, but with everything that had happened; getting stranded in this weird place, hearing strange rumors, not knowing anyone... It made her miss everyone, everything she left behind.

She could probably use cheering up.]

IORI IKKOKU

[It's Grand Opening Day at Iori Ikkoku! All the facilities are up and running, and everything's comfortable!

We have air, we have water, we have toilets, we have baths, and we have people! Hell, there's even a television in the lounge, though Junpei doesn't expect anybody to fall into it (plus it's really small. Like, you'd have to be a really petite size to fit yourself in). There's food provided by people, some music playing, and general merriment all around for people to move their stuff in and get to know their neighbors!

And there's still time to sign up! Just click the link above and choose a room! As a note, the monthly rent is around Y50,000 a room just to put a number on it.

You may notice that some of the... architectural arrangements are weird. We blame people for that. The tile in the kitchen? The different colored paints, some spots causing glaucoma? The floor boards facing all sorts of different directions? Yeah, that's what you get when you get a bunch of different people working together and Junpei's too lazy to tell them to do it again because it'd cause more headaches than solving them.

Please don't break anything.

Junpei will be the good host, hopping around and greeting people. Threadhopping and jacking is encouraged! This is your new home, guys!]

[The past few days of raining was a bother. Normally, that means the other sports teams will take over the gym. So when Saturday comes around with no signs of rain, Kou is, predictably, quite pleased.

This means basketball this afternoon.]

[You probably have seen him around. Friendly guy, a third year student who’s usually with a group of friends, or doing sports team related things as the captain.

However you know him, at lunchtime, he can be approached about joining the basketball team.]

[B. YASOGAMI HIGH, AFTERNOON.]
[Or you could come over to the school gym, where the school’s basketball team is meeting up. Kou is talking to the teacher, and then his teammates before they start with practice.

Before practice start, this would be a good chance to talk to him to join the team. Otherwise, Kou would come over to talk, whether to comment on a member’s (old or new) performance or that he noticed someone’s watching just now.]

He had come back from school looking a little off after a detour in the Shopping District. He was now in the common room, waiting for dinner, looking even more off than before: staring at the TV with eyes glazed over, his face red, and wrapped tightly in his yukata and the coat that came with it. He must have caught something in the rain of the last days. Convince him to go to bed, or even better, pamper him?*

[ It's really foggy this morning, and the fog will stubbornly stick around until about noon, revealing cloudy skies above. It's a pretty miserable day, but at least it's not wet, and at least no bodies were found hanging from TV antennas or telephone poles and the like...

Starting today, the young man who works at the Moel gas station will be working again. He's not around all that often, just for a couple days every week or so, but he'll gladly say hello and welcome you to Inaba if given the chance. For some of you, he might even shake your hand. If this does happen, you may find that you feel suddenly ill. It's best if you go to bed early and sleep that off.

Once you do, however, you may find that televisions have become a portal into a brand new world for you. That is, if you happen to touch the screen of one...

[ Rock had been rather scarce for the last couple of days, as some people may have noticed. But between spending his time at the library looking up information about this world, finding a part time job to support both himself and his sister, and helping with the construction of Iori Ikkoku, it was only expected. He was still going to school like usual though, and walking through town like he would every day, so it was still completely possible for anyone to have come across him and received a greeting from him. But more often than not, he probably cut things short to go on with his responsibilities.

Today however, everything seemed to be coming together. His job hunt looked to be at an end thanks to Aiya's Diner, and construction of Iori Ikkoku looked like it was done. Between that, and his better grasp of this world after days in the library, one would be hard pressed to find Rock in a happier mood than the one he was in today. ]

[ A. Yasogami High School - Morning, Classroom 1-2 ]

[ And it showed, the moment he set foot in the classroom. He was grinning widely, and even waved at everyone with an energetic "Good morning!". He still looked a bit wet from all the rain that was coming down outside though, but not even the rain was enough to damper his mood, it looked like.

[ B. Shopping District - Afternoon, Aiya's Diner ]

[ However, maybe you came across him in the afternoon. In which case, you probably caught him on his way to Aiya's, or already at Aiya's. But then again, of course he'd be at Aiya's. It was his first day of work, and the excitement was rolling off of him in waves. He was used to being the provider, to being the one who brought home a steady income. And even if this wasn't anywhere close to his usual digging job, it was still something. And something was better than nothing. ]

[ If you were to find him anywhere else today though, it would probably be inside Iori Ikkoku. Relaxing in the lounge, after an especially tiring day. He'd gone to school in the morning, worked a few hours in the afternoon, and then spent the rest of the evening carrying the few belongings he and Roll had from the house they'd been staying at over to their room in the renovated inn. Needless to say, the energetic youth was starting to feel the effects of exhaustion...

... So much so that he may have been napping in the lounge. Maybe. He could probably use a nudge. ]

[ if you go to Yasogami Middle School and happen to know Vriska, you may have noticed that she has been absent from school. in fact, she's never shown up at all. if you're in Class 1-3 where she's assigned, you might notice even if you don't know her since she's been an empty seat for the last ten days. as for why that is-- she's a free spirit. she does what she wants. she's a bona fide delinquent. deal with it.

...okay, actually, it's a little bit more than that. she's felt all but absolutely dreadful, admittedly, in adjusting to a non-nocturnal, average human lifestyle. furthermore, she doesn't even get the concept of school let alone have any propensity that she has to attend one, so it's not until she attempts to be hired for one of the part-time (mostly one-time, like making envelopes; she doesn't even want to talk about the paper cuts) jobs she's been picking up that she's hauled off as a temperamental (and orphaned thus pitiable) but nonetheless of-school-age young girl.

so, today she's in school. begrudgingly. she can be found in the hallways looking for her class, walking around with a swagger of too-cool-to-be-here self-assuredness, in Class 1-3 itself or wherever else you can think of within the school, likely whining about how "lame" this all is no matter where she is. ]

[ after having been mildly admonished by her teacher for not having the correct materials, Vriska is going shopping for some school supplies. she's pretty annoyed that she has to waste her well-earned cash on this stuff but the adults in this place seemed adamant that she has to go to school and having gone, she's now aware that several of her peers from home are going as well.

[Remember that weird bulletin board posting a week ago? Junpei did. After conferring with Naoya, both Junpei and Naoya sent out a mass invite to all known Persona users to come meet at Iori Ikkoku after classes and such if they're available. It was time they got their stories straight.]

I know we don't all know each other, so let's go around and introduced ourselves and our circumstances, first. I know we have at least two different situations.

My name's Junpei Iori. I used the power of Persona two years ago in our fight against the Fall and Nyx.

[ Another rainy? That's two in a row. It might not make any difference to most of you, but typically after several days of rain in the Yasoinaba region, there comes a fog.

Hopefully, there's no one stuck inside any televisions, because tomorrow is going to dawn quite foggy if the forecast can be trusted.

Apparently there's a still going to be a party tonight, though. Who has time to sit around worrying too much over the weather?

Tomorrow a certain gas station attendant may also be available to greet the newcomers...

[ So! Yukimura didn't come home last night, apparently. Neither did Makoto but they were big kids! They could do what they want! So Sasuke kind of just... tucks the bento he made for them for lunch away in the fridge and leaves for work. Except it's raining a lot so he's carrying his work briefcase thing over his head and jogging through the rain to the school. Feel free to catch him along the way or something. ]

[ two. yasogami high lunch. afternoon. ]

[ and now its lunch time, but it's still raining! Sasuke is still kind of wet from earlier but hey, at least he can eat now. so he's sitting up in one of the windows, legs hanging off the windowsill as he eats from his bento. let's not... pay attention to the fact he's like on the second floor and looks like he can jump at any moment no. ]

[ three. the riverbank. evening. ]

[ welp. still no sign of Yukimura and Makoto so he kind of... doesn't see the point?? in going home unless they're there really. so tonight, even though it's raining (but not hard, at least) he just sort of walks around Inaba a bit before flopping out in the grass in front of the river and closing his eyes. tucking his arm under his head, he figures it's time for a nap. in the rain. he's an odd fellow. ]

[Perhaps you’ve seen her around before. A rather quiet girl and is one of those new people that arrived in town from a while ago, since she’s obviously not a resident in Inaba with how she’s acting.

It’s like she never went to a public school before, with her questions and confusion near the start of the school semester.

Now...she’s somewhat settled into a routine, but that doesn’t mean she’s friendly. She’s attentive and a hard working student, but Amane doesn’t really have the natural charm to make friends. She can be a priestess and a religious leader, but not a normal girl.

How do you act like a normal girl?

…That may be why she’s almost always eating along during lunch time. Today is no exception. At least she's not wearing her feathery headdress to school.]

[Hello there, Inaba. You may have seen this strange man around before-- he's wearing the same clothes he always does, and it may be hard to forget someone who walks around in a white robe and a blue over robe, particularly when the man is missing his left arm. He usually walks around with a quiet sort of intent, focusing on his surroundings and seemingly trying to gain as much information as possible from them.

Today, things are different. He's looking for something-- or perhaps someone-- that much is obvious from the way he ducks into back alleys and looks inside all the shops. There's a frown on his face that's a bit more pronounced than usual, and occasionally, when it seems like he thinks no one is looking, he reaches out and climbs up to the rooftops, running across them to continue his search.

Maybe you've seen what he's looking for?]

[ if you're in class 3-1 or just... not blind, chances are you've seen this highly energetic girl running all over the place, accessorizing her school uniform with a large navy blue muffler and a... giant key in her hair. But don't worry, you'll see her in one spot.

... Because she will have gotten the tail end of the muffler stuck in her locker and is currently engrossed in trying to get it free without... you know, actually opening the locker like any normal person would. ]

B. ] Early evening, Shopping District

[ it's raining like mad, and if you're outside, ~~you're crazy~~, you might notice a faint, humanesque shape on a rooftop of one of the stores. A flash of lightning reveals a pink shirt, a short skirt, and a ponytail that is only waving valiantly when the wind picks up. After a few seconds of standing there grandly, the girl will cup her hands around her mouth and announce her presence. ]

Dark skies of evening, only one bird can be ripped from its sky and still have the courage and nobility to keep flying! Prepare yourself, evil lurking shadows that thwart justice! The Yatagarasu will swoop down on you from above before you know it!!

[ sadly, because it's raining, chances are you're only hearing bits of pieces like 'bird', 'courage and nobility' and 'Yatagarasu' while the rest is lost to the weather.

Someone please get her off the roof. ]

Day 16; Junes Food Court; Late Afternoon

[It's raining pretty hard, but the skinny kid in an apron at one of the covered tables doesn't seem to notice, much less care. The umbrella's blocking the water, anyway, and he's got his headphones on, face buried in his folded arms.

Between school, exploring the town, venturing into the city, planning a move into an apartment, and holding down this part time job, Neku is exhausted. Now that he's finally on lunch break (but with no lunch to speak of), he plans on dozing until the very last second of his break is up--he's here to earn enough cash to survive, not an employee-of-the-month award.

And hey, if he oversleeps, he'll just tell them he got lost or something. That'll go over well.]

[Do you know how hard it is to get a job when you're a total procrastinator? Jun knows, but she doesn't really care because she has a great idea for self employment. The best idea. Ever.

First of all, though, she has to do some interest gaging. That's why she posted a topic on the online forum and stuck a poster onto the bulletin board ~~and stuck several copies of the poster around town. Hopefully the rain wouldn't wreck them too much.~~

[Junpei decided to do some shopping! Well, aside from supplies for Iori Ikkoku, he also needed two things in particular: a sketchpad for a certain redhead, and a dress for a certain robot.

The sketchpad wasn't too difficult - Junpei just tried to find the biggest one he could find and a pencil set. At least, it looked good enough. Junpei never understood art.

The dress was slightly moreso - he wanted to get something nice for Aigis, given that Aigis was the one who helped the most with all of the logistical stuff concerning Iori Ikkoku. Sure, his name was on the papers given that he was a human and a citizen of Japan (how weird would it be for a robot to do that?) but Aigis was the one who handled all of the nitty-gritty details. As a thank you, he wanted to get her something nice - what could be nicer than a dress? The issue was finding a dress that would suit Aigis, preferably one that would already cover her body in a way that it would be difficult to tell that she's a robot.

Not that Junpei ever really considered her a robot after all they've been through together. But the fact remained that ever since he met her on the flood plain that it was obvious; she didn't look at all different from when she did two years ago. She would forever be a high school-aged person. But she was so much more than an amalgamation of bolts, screws, metal, and computer chips. She was the one who was with Minato during his last moments. She's probably the one who acted the most human out of all of them after Graduation. So he figured he'd do what Minato would've done - get her something nice.

You might run into Junpei at either Junes or Iori Ikkoku. Is it that strange for a young man to be carrying around a bag from a department store's designer label with a dress in it? ~~At least it's not lingerie.~~

[It's raining pretty hard today! And it doesn't look as if it's going to let up, either. This spring is unusually wet, isn't it? Hopefully these April showers will bring May flowers... but most likely, it's just going to bring fog if it keeps up. For now, though, enjoy the occasional lightning and thunder off in the distance.

Sorry, newcomers - it's going to be a few days before you see much sunshine here in Inaba. But it does exist - we promise.

Also... is anyone down for a party? What else is there going to be to do on a rainy Friday evening?
